"Amazing! Simply amazing! We had a terrible experience with a previous realtor with a deal that fell through (as a result of his lack of professionalism with other agents). We came to Mary as very skeptical buyers, hurt and frustrated, and a little panicked to be honest. She was always available, and if she wasn't going to be available for any reason, she let us know up front (time management + communication= awesome!). Our deal was a mess from the start, and everything that was wrong had nothing to do with Mary at all. We had crappy luck with a disappointing appraiser, and Mary worked with our best interest 1st the entire time.
